                 To formulate ideas using a customized approach to blend                  professional experience & artistic flare with the aesthetics of                  each project:

We Will:
1) Ask pertinent questions to customize the final plan to your lifestyle
2) Look at products & pictures of projects
3) Establish preferred style
4) Start developing the working relationship

The Process:

1. Create a budget price for the project

2. Creation of Architectural Landscape Concept Plan
Fees involved:
- $500 - $2500 depending upon depth
- 1 Acre and larger properties are priced according to detail

3. Visit
Fees involved
- Airfare + ($300/hr of airtime)
- Accommodations
- Consultation Fee $1000.00
